Here It Begins~
Yoyoyo, here it begins..
Hahaha, most the people just don't believe that I am becoming...a Chef~
But, c'mon la, I am alwayz so innocent and only tells the truth, tatz the style of King wat..
Alright, here I am again, back with a new life style, certainly is the chef life..
Watz a Chef?
Wanna know? Then come join me ler~lol...
A chef... We alwayz think of him as one who wears white uniform with a tall kind of hat thing and sometimes is one who is quite plum...
There wudcertaily be a misunderstanding for all of you who thought so...
To me, as for now, chef is someone who is carefree, think nothing other then food, doing th dirtiest part dthe most delicious food and not forgetting...one of the top earners if you are talented and skillful...
A piece of advice from me, this culinary arts course is not as simple as we thought of...
Itz like, a test to determine your determination, perserverance, adaptability, creativity, innovativity which could me considered quite a challenge..
Stil dun believe me? == itz ok, i will tell u some bout it...
1. Haf to wake up at 6a.m. jus to attend classes... When we work, we may even nidda wake up at 4-5am, becoz breakfast is goin to be serve at 8am, preparation work mus be done earlier...The classes will end at 7pm, which once again, at work, some may even end at 10pm onwards.. But some how, the more hardwork you are doing, your salary certainly wud be good..
2. Haf to wear the UNIFORM.. == About the uniform, you think that itz smart?? Yea, itz somehw smart, but itz like summer to us... This is bcoz the uniform is double layered, with thick cloth material, use to prevent any harms such as hot oil spills...
3. Haf to do he dirtiest job...Itz not jus dirty, but actually is the job with most bacteria... e.g. We have to clean a whole chicken -> the livers, kidneys and other parts u may think of...
Of coz, there is more tat i wanna tell, but I dun wan to scare u people, coz I can cope with it, coz I am Melvern wat ...hahaha~
Ok, so, jus wait for me to become world no.1 Chef..
